1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

For live sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted are the applicable odds. Changes in odds after a bet has been accepted will not affect the confirmed bet.

• Termination request by the member themselves

• Decisions made by e4bet on legitimate operational or business grounds

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be withdrawable depending on the nature of the violation. For terminations requested by the member with no breach involved, the account balance will be returned to the original payment method after verification.

10 e4bet Limitation of Liability

E4bet provides a betting platform as a service and makes no guarantees regarding betting outcomes or game results. All bets carry the risk of financial loss, and members fully understand and accept this risk.

• E4bet is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the platform
• E4bet does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times
• E4bet is not responsible for losses arising from third-party system failures or delays
• E4bet's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount of that member's account balance at the time of the incident

11 Responsible Gaming Commitment
